QORVO QPA0007 Power Amplifier | New Product Brief
Qorvo’s QPA0007 Power Amplifier is a reconfigurable dual-band Gallium Nitride Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit power amplifier operating in both S-Band and X-Band.
In S-Band, the amplifier provides 32 watts of saturated power over the 3.1 to 3.5 gigahertz frequency range.
In X-Band, the amplifier provides 28 watts of saturated power from 9 to 11 gigahertz.
The QPA0007 offers a gain up to 21 dB and a power-added efficiency of up to 47% in a lead-free 7 by 6 mm plated heat spreader package.
The QPA0007 Power Amplifiers are 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance with electrical specifications. This high-performing power amplifier is ideally used in radar systems.
