When and Why System Reliability Matters

In partnership with Avnet Silica

Failure is not an option when it comes to critical applications like medical, industrial, and IoT. System reliability is of utmost importance to avoid serious problems and speed up the design process.

Utilizing the right microcontroller in any application can help ensure successful design and execution. The MAX32670, an ultra-low-power, cost-effective, high-reliability 32-bit microcontroller, enables designs with complex sensor processing without compromising battery life. The MAX32670 combines a flexible and versatile power management unit with the powerful Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with floating point unit (FPU) of up to 100MHz. It also integrates up to 384KB of flash and 160KB of SRAM to accommodate application and sensor code. Error correction coding (ECC) capable of single error correction and double error detection (SEC-DED) is also implemented over the entire flash, RAM, and cache to ensure ultra-reliable code execution for demanding applications.

In this webinar from Avnet Silica, learn more about the importance of system reliability and how Maxim Integrated’s family of microcontrollers can be used to help ensure successful designs.
