OMRON Relay Solutions for Automated Test Equipment

In partnership with Omron

As technology advances and the world moves toward a digital society, there is a rising demand for the advancement of semiconductor devices and high-speed communication. Automated test equipment for these semiconductor devices needs to have highly accurate and consistent electrical tests to ensure performance and reliability. For over a decade, Omron has supplied high-quality switching technologies needed to enable these devices and their advancements.

Omron focuses on providing the industry with long-lasting components in small package sizes to achieve greater test reliability and reduce the cost of tests. By developing MOSFET relay modules, Omron is able to achieve characteristics that are not possible with a single MOSFET relay. Low signal electromechanical relays are also available from Omron for providing high-quality switching characteristics needed to switch RF signals.

G3VM-MT Low-Leakage T-Module MOSFET Relays

The low-leakage G3VM-MT MOSFET module from Omron provides three MOSFET relays in one package to achieve a maximum leakage current of less than 1pA to the device under test. Omron's unique structure ensures low-leakage current without sacrificing any MOSFET relay benefits such as long life, stable ON resistance, and small package size to high-accuracy test applications. The G3VM-MT is available in various offerings with load voltage ratings of 20V, 60V, and 100V.

G3VM-M SPDT Module MOSFET Relays

Omron's G3VM-M SPDT MOSFET Module offers a single pole double throw contact form MOSFET relay in a single package. As traditional MOSFET relays only offer a SPST contact form, the Omron G3VM-M achieves a SPDT structure while providing the same long life and board-saving benefits. Three models are available, 60V load voltage type, 20V load voltage low OFF state capacitance type, and 20 V load voltage low ON state resistance type.

G6K-RF High-Frequency Signal Relays

The Omron G6K-RF lineup of High-Frequency Electromechanical Signal Relays provide high-quality switching characteristics for RF signals. The G6K-RF product family provides various offerings for RF signals up to 1GHz, 3GHz, and 8GHz to meet design needs in low-profile and surface mount packages to save board space.
