Tamara Fallosch Tamara Fallosch holds a master degree in general business administration. Tamara joined Infineon in 2015 as part of the product marketing team for high voltage conversion. In her current role as product marekting manager for consumer & industrial SMPS applications she analyszes the markets and defines the product roadmaps for applications such as Lighting, Major Home appliance as well as EV charging stations and telecom & server SMPS applications. In addition she is responsible for all silicon based product developments and introducing new products to the markt.
Rafael Antonio Garcia Mora Rafael Antonio Garcia Mora got his M.Sc. degree in Power Electronics and Motor Drives from the University of Nottingham, U.K. in 2001 and his B.Sc. in Communications and Electronics Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico in 2000. He joined Infineon Technologies Austria in 2011. Since 2012 he has been deeply involved in creating, discussing and presenting Application Roadmaps for High power SMPS in Datacenters, Industrial and On Board Charger applications. Such task involves identifying the technical trends, requirements for the power supplies and the corresponding impact to current and future Infineon Technologies power semiconductor portfolio. He is currently a System Applications Engineering and technical leader of the System Competence Center for On Board Charger applications in the PSS EPIC division dealing with the three different technologies, Silicon Super-junction, Gallium Nitride and Silicon Carbide MOSFETs in different topologies.

Explore Infineon’s Innovative Solution for Highest Efficiency in PFC

In partnership with Infineon Technologies

CoolMOSTM CCM totem pole PFC is an innovative way to reach the highest efficiency levels in PFC stage at an attractive price/performance ratio. The solution targets industrial SMPS applications such as server and telecom SMPS.

In this webinar, we will talk about market trends in industrial SMPS applications and explain how those are best addressed by using a CCM totem-pole PFC topology. In a technical deep dive, we will explain how to combine Infineon's market-leading technologies to allow usage of Si SJ MOSFETs in this high-end topology and reach close to 99% efficiency with CoolMOSTM CFD7.
