Rafael Mancilla Business Development Manager; Universal Robots Rafael Mancilla is Business Development Manager at Universal Robots. He spent four years as an application engineer ensuring customers in the West region had successful deployments prior to moving into sales. He works daily with partners and customers to vet out and assist in cobot implementation and is a Certified Universal Robots Instructor. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a controls engineer on power generating systems, and he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly, Pomona.
Justin Butler Co-Owners; Adaptive Robotics Justin, a graduate of Cal State Northridge with a degree in Business and Information Systems, channels his knowledge into his professional pursuits and beyond. Outside the realm of academia, he is an avid patron of live music, finding solace and inspiration in Tweezer jams. With a passion for product development, Justin invests his time and energy into building innovative solutions. Yet, amidst his career ambitions, he cherishes his role as a devoted husband and father of four girls, prioritizing family bonds above all else.
Joel Butler Co-Owners; Adaptive Robotics Joel is a seasoned soldering virtuoso as a partner in Laritech, a venture he founded in a garage, showcasing his entrepreneurial flair and technical acumen. Self-taught and motivated, his decades of soldering expertise fuel innovation, driving Laritech's success. Outside his workshop, Joel finds solace in live music, reveling in their vibrant energy.
